How it works

Easy to send, even easier to complete.

The E-Signature feature enables you to send agreements for signature directly to your customer's device, providing a contactless and paperless experience. This eliminates the need for physical paperwork, making the process faster, easier, and more cost-effective.

Advisor Experience

Agreement Preparation

Prepare and fill out the agreement with your customer’s information, the rental details and select a vehicle.

Send E-Signature Request

Simply select the E-Sign option from the toolbar and select the Send to Client option.

Pending E-Signature

After the request is sent, all that is left to do is wait for your guest to complete the agreement signature process. Once your guest has completed the process, the app will automatically show that the E-Signature has been received.

Open Agreement

Once the the E-Signature is complete, you can set the agreement to Open status and sent your customer on their way.

On File Forever

The E-Signed version of the agreement will be kept indefinitely so you can rely on it if ever you need it in the future.

Guest Experience

E-Signature Notification

Your guest will receive a request for signature either by email or SMS based on their communication preference saved in their customer profile.The instructions to proceed to the E-Signature process will be outlined in the notification they receive.

Review Agreement

Your guest will review and check the terms and conditions of the agreement. Once all terms are completed, they will be able to proceed to the signature of the agreement.

Signature

The guest will draw their signature, consent to the terms and finally confirm their signature that will be saved on the agreement.

Agreement Copy

Your guest can choose if they want a copy of the signed agreement sent to them or not.
