Vehicle Telematics Compatibility

Fleetlane's telematics supports most makes and models available in North America.
The following list of  highlights the only models that have reported issues with our system. Most of these issues are outside of our control due to the manufacturer's limitations. This list may vary by year and model and does not guarantee compatibility.

The Etron will not transmit data correctly with a basic telematics configuration.

A special configuration can be sent to the telematics device to correct the issue. Please ask our customer success team to help you to update your device.

F-150
2018+
The OBD ports in F-150 are in a heavy foot traffic area and may result in the telematic device being partially or completely knocked out of the OBD port.

Relocation cables are available to prevent this issue from occurring.

The I-Pace will not transmit data correctly with a basic telematics configuration.

The telematic devices do not make proper contact with the OBD port pins required for True Odometer to work properly and can also cause the device to fall or be knocked out of its position.

We suggest to use Calculated Odometer for a better and more consistent experience.

The newer version of the A-Class has been reporting to show ‘Foreign Device’ message in the dashboard of the vehicle.
